Has your dog suddenly stopped listening to you when you call them back. On this 2 week course we will show you how to get your dogs attention back onto you and work through exercises that you can practice at home and on walks to get your dog wanting to be with you. Each class will be 45 minutes long and spaces will be limited. To get the best results some homework of just 3-5 minutes daily will be required. The next course will start on Saturday 4th September at 9am. and costs £30.

Would you like to do agility with your dog? You will learn all you need to correctly guide your dog around a course and how to use contact equipment safely. Our jump heights also include micro for tiny dogs and our contact equipment is full KC height. As agility is often highly arousing for dogs we can only accept dogs that do not become reactive towards other dogs whilst training, as you will be working off lead when taking your turn. You will also need a reasonable level of recall. For agility we like them to be 10 months old or over to start (using puppy bumps rather than jumps) until they are around a year old, and no full height contact equipment until they are around 14- 15 months old but we can get you started on lower height equipment as we have mini and midii trestles as well as full height.
Classes are held on Saturday lunchtimes .
Spaces only if you have done some agility before.
As well. as being a qualified dog trainer, I am also a Canine Hoopers World Level 2 Instructor and Assessor.
Hoopers is a relatively new dog sport (similar in ways to agility), that is rapidly growing in popularity. Hoopers is LOW impact making it suitable for dogs of all ages from puppies aged 5 months upwards to senior dogs.
We will teach you how to guide your dog through hoops and tunnels and around barrels. You will learn to start running mini courses gradually increasing to full size courses over time. You will need some level of recall* Please note your dog must be happy to work around other dogs and people.. This is a perfect starting point for those of you with young dogs wishing to go on to agility as you will learn all the foundations of handling.
No prior experience is necessary just a willingness to have fun. We regularly hold in-house competitions with no pressure.just lots of fun to give you and your dog encouragement and confidence.
This is a 6 week course aimed at dogs/ or puppies who are over the age of 6 months old, who may have either missed out on initial training or those whose training now needs a top up.
During this course we will focus on the most frequent problems encountered
Getting your dogs attention on you.
Recall/ Coming back when called.
Loose Lead Walking
All this and more will be taught using reward based training with lots of fun and games. The class will be limited to 6 dogs and costs £120.
Wednesday mornings 10 am.. The next class will start in October TBC
Please note as this is a group class we can only accept dogs that are ok to work around other dogs. If your dog is not happy around other dogs they will not stay relaxed enough to learn, so why not book a 1:2:1 training session instead, so we can work on keeping them happy and in turn giving them a chance to learn.
. We train at Sutton and Epsom RFC Cuddington Court Rugby Lane Cheam SM2 7NF . For a map and directions please go to the class location page .

Do you have a high energy breed? This is a 6 week course for young dogs that you would like to go on with to do agility with.
Please note we will NOT be jumping but instead will use puppy jump bumps., We will not be using full height contact equipment other than to teach a 2o2o and to get them used to a bit of movement, I have a dog walk with mini trestles barely off the ground that is perfect for starting off young or new dogs. We will run through all the foundations you need so once your dog is old enough the rest will start to come naturally. We will be taking time to build lots of confidence around the equipment along the way. Reps will be kept short so as not to overdo it. Suitable for young dogs aged over 8 months.
Classes Saturday mornings starting September. TBC
